This particular Imperial has a very uniform leaf with a good mix of Golden Tips, signifying its quality. It has a deep aroma, characteristically earthy, slightly smoky, and quite distinctive.

Brewing

Take one level teaspoon, about one gram, of Pu Erh tea per person or per cup.

Add boiling water and allow to infuse for up to 5mins depending on your taste.

The leaves can be used to make up to 3 infusions again depending on your taste.

To get the most from your leaves it is wise to remove them when the tea is infused to taste.
