Darjeeling Namring First Flush
Picked in early April this is a first flush Darjeeling from the highest part of the Namring estate.
The aroma is that of a first flush tea, vibrant and fresh. The cup is develops to a wonderful light red infusion, that is full bodied and slightly astringent.
A classic first flush darjeeling that should be drunk without milk.

Brewing
Take one to two teaspoon of Darjeeling and add water that is freshly boiled. Allow to infuse for 2 - 4 minutes.
