Do this for three months in order to begin to feel the benefits.
Brewing
Take one level teaspoon, about one gram, of Pu Erh tea per person or per cup. Add boiling water and allow to infuse for up to 5mins depending on your taste. The leaves can be used to make up to 3 infusions again depending on your taste. To get the most from your leaves it is wise to remove them when the tea is infused to taste. We'd recommend an Infuser or a Teaset for One, they make the perfect cup every time and mean you will get the maximum number of cups! 100g should make around 200 cups!
