Carefully crafted using traditional techniques, this exceptional green tea offers a wonderfully smooth and rounded flavour, combining fresh vegetal notes with a gentle roasted chestnut aroma. Its mellow character and natural sweetness lead to a clean, lingering finish, creating a satisfying cup that is both refreshing and comforting.

Unlike many Chinese green teas made primarily from tender buds, Liu An Gua Pian is produced from individual leaves, giving it a distinctive depth of flavour and a character all of its own.
Brewing instructions

Take 2.5 g or a good heaped teaspoon and poor over water at around 80 degrees C.

Infuse for three minutes or to taste.
