At The Teahouse, quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our loose leaf teas and speciality teas are thoughtfully curated and selected to guarantee exceptional freshness and taste.

Delivery
Once you place your order, rest assured it’s in good hands. Standard delivery takes up to 2-3 working days and we use Royal Mail 48hrs.

Security
For your peace of mind, all payments are processed securely through Shopify. The Teahouse does not see or store your credit card information.

Ethical Sourcing
With our family connections in Asia, we have been able to visit and pick small family run tea farms ensuring the highest quality of green teas and also choose farms that are well managed and who look after their employees. These small tea farms although some not organic, they are in our eyes more than organic. With farming techniques dating back hundreds of years, these tea farms produce small batches of the finest quality teas. So why are most tea farms in Asia not organic? The highest quality teas come from tea farms that don’t need to spend their money on certification. They can sell their teas quickly and are often highly sought after by the Asian market. It is the tea farms with a lower quality tea that tends to be certified organic, so they can raise their prices to sell in the international market, especially in the West. We still work with many of the Asian tea gardens from when we first visited them in 2004.

We also carefully source our black, fruit, and herbal teas from trusted tea suppliers who share our core values. These partners are selected not only for the superior quality of their teas but also for their strong commitment to fair trade practices, sustainable agriculture, and environmental protection. By working with suppliers who uphold the highest industry credentials, we ensure that every cup of tea you enjoy is rooted in integrity, from the way it’s grown to the way it’s delivered.
