The dry leaf is full of silver tips and spiralling green leaves. They produce a delightful cup that is delicate and refreshing with a slightly sweet finish.

Brewing

Take 1-2 teaspoons of White Monkey and add water that has cooled to around 80 degrees C. Allow to infuse for 2- 3 minutes.
