Organic Ceremonial Matcha
Organic Ceremonial Matcha Ceremonial Grade and certified Organic, this is a superb AAA grade Matcha tea from Japans premier growing region, Uji.
This powder is vibrant green in appearance, a quite striking tea.
The flavour is rich, vegetal, very mellow and slightly sweet and is a wonderful creamy liquor.
To make use water at between 40 and 75 degrees C, add a small teaspoon of Matcha and gently whisk, add the remaining water and whisk util the powder is evenly distributed and you have a frothy top to your cup.

Brewing
Take a small teaspoon of Matcha and add just enough water (80 degrees) to cover the tea and mix to a paste.
Add remaining water and mix vigorously, preferably with a bamboo whisk, until frothy.
The tea creates a suspension, so drink it relatively quickly.
