A traditional English Breakfast blend of Assam and Ceylon give this tea a superb base on which to blend the spices.

We use a traditional blend of Aniseed, Cardamom seeds, Ginger pieces, Black Peppercorns, Cinnamon pieces, Fennel, Cloves, Chicory roots.

There is no artificial flavouring, just spices, making this a beautifully soft yet aromatic tea.

Brewing

Take one good teaspoon of Black Chai and add boiling water. Allow to infuse for 4 minutes. This tea can be drunk with milk, but is just as good without.
