Harvested April, Yunnan Province

Only a single bud and leaf are plucked to create this elegant black tea from Yunnan.

Spiralling golden tips create a tea that is a russet red and velvety smooth. Hints of chocolate leave a sweet, slightly malty flavour.

A very enjoyable black tea.

Brewing

3g of dry leaf per 250ml of water.
Boil and pour over the leaves, infuse. Allow the magic to happen for 3-4minutes, then go for it.
