Harvested in 2025, this hand picked tea was harvested in the very early days of spring, Xian Bi Luo Chun is a prized Chinese green tea renowned for its delicate appearance and exceptional flavour. The dry leaves are covered with fine, silvery-white hairs and tightly spiralled into elegant curls, giving the tea its name, which means “Green Snail Spring.”

When brewed, it produces a light, bright liquor that is fragrant and refreshing, with a wonderfully aromatic bouquet of floral and fruity notes. The taste is smooth and vibrant, offering a perfect balance of gentle sweetness, subtle nuttiness, and a clean, fresh finish that invigorates the senses.

Brewing instructions
  • Use around 3g of tea (1-2 heaped teaspoons) in 250ml of water
  • Use slightly cooled boiled water, around 75-80°C
  • Infuse for 4 minutes depending on your preferred strength
