This freshly harvested Gong Mei is a fantastic choice if you want to experience the vibrant, energetic side of white tea. Traditionally pressed into cakes, these uncompressed, younger leaves retain their natural crispness, offering bright floral top notes, a sweet-cream body, and a clean, refreshing lift. Gong Mei has a slightly fuller flavour than Silver Needle and White Peony, whilst benefitting from the same low caffeine and high antioxidant content.

Brewing instructions

Use 2.5g per cup.

Add water that has been allowed to cool to 75 degrees C, or there abouts.

Infuse for 3 minutes or to taste.
