Decaff Ceylon OP

Decaffeinated Ceylon Orange Pekoe is a lovely version of a classical tea. The leaf is long and wiry and the cup is a deep copper colour and is mild, slightly sweet with nice soft tannins.

Brewing

Take one heaped teaspoon of Ceylon and add water that has just boiled. Allow you tea to infuse for around 4 minutes.
